If you are using Windows XP, you should first list that directory in your PATH. To do so, right-click on My Computer-&gt;Advanced-&gt;Environmental Variables. Add the directory to your path and restart. Afterward, to launch the shell, go to that directory and run the batch file &#039;sh.bat&#039;. Hope that helps. You can launch it easily either by &quot;Start-&gt;Run&quot; or linking it with a launcher program, like Launchy (launchy.net). HTH.</description>
